Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the Fisherman's House enjoys a protected natural setting between marshes, a canal, and greenways. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and walkers, with easy access on foot to trails, the marina, and the hamlet's shops (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and wineries). Aigues-Mortes and Saint-Gilles are also accessible via hiking trails and cycle paths.

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this house of approximately 45 m² offers a warm and functional setting. Laid out in an L-shape, it features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, opening onto a private courtyard.

The bright and comfortable master bedroom opens onto the outside. A second, adjoining bedroom provides additional sleeping space thanks to a convertible bed (80 cm wide, which can be transformed into a 160 cm wide bed). The accommodation is suitable for 3 people, or for 2 adults with 1 or 2 children.

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, in a functional space.

Outside, the private courtyard allows you to fully enjoy the surrounding tranquility. A large terrace with a barbecue invites you to dine al fresco, away from prying eyes. The outdoor space also provides parking for vehicles and secure storage for bicycles in a dedicated shed.

For your comfort, many thoughtful touches are provided upon arrival: linens, beds made upon arrival, and essential supplies. Baby equipment is available upon request to make family stays easier.
